Why winter road salt damages your carpets
In Quebec, de-icing salt sticks to boots and works its way into carpets. As it dries, it leaves white rings and stiffens the fibres; a vacuum alone won't remove it.
Remise à neuf includes all of Complete Detail, plus more extensive steam cleaning, seat and carpet extraction, salt stain and minor stain removal, and headliner cleaning. Extraction injects and then pulls water out deep in the fibres to dissolve the salt instead of spreading it.
Outside: hand wash, clay bar paint decontamination to lift bonded contaminants, a ceramic sealant that lasts 2 months and plastic trim protection.
Ideal in spring after winter, or to bring a used vehicle back into shape. Plan for about 4 hours; a $20 deposit confirms the online booking.
